Terms of Service

1. Requesting and Confirming a Reservation
A reservation submitted online is not confirmed immediately. It becomes confirmed only after the owner personally reviews and approves it; the owner will contact you individually at the phone number you provided to confirm.
2. Deposit
Once a reservation is confirmed, we ask for a 10,000 KRW deposit. The deposit is paid by bank transfer and is deducted from the service price when you visit.
3. Cancellation, Changes, and Refunds
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, the full deposit is refunded. Cancelling within 24 hours, or not showing up without prior notice, may result in a non-refundable deposit.
4. No-Show Policy
If no-shows accumulate under the same contact number, online booking may be restricted and phone reservations only may be offered instead. The threshold may be adjusted based on operating policy.
5. Disclaimer
If a reservation cannot proceed due to acts of nature, unavoidable circumstances on the owner's part, or similar events, we will contact you in advance to reschedule.
