1. Personal Information We Collect
Yulae Therapy (the "Shop") collects the following information to accept online reservations: name, contact number (mobile phone), requested service and preferred date/time, and any special requests. In addition to the phone number itself, we store a separately hashed (HMAC) value used for tracking no-show history.
2. Purpose of Collection
Used only for accepting, confirming, and cancelling reservations; sending reservation-related notices (KakaoTalk, SMS, or email); managing no-show history; and responding to customer inquiries.
3. Retention Period
Retained for 1 year from the date of collection, then destroyed. Where retention is required under applicable law, information is kept for that legally mandated period.
4. Third-Party Disclosure and Processing
We do not currently send reservation confirmation/cancellation notices through an external KakaoTalk, SMS, or email delivery service, and there is no third-party processor at this time. If we introduce such a service in the future, we will name the processor here and update this policy accordingly. Notifications about new reservations and customer cancellations are sent only to the shop operator's own Telegram, for the operator's own operational awareness — this is not a third-party disclosure.
5. Your Rights
You may request to view, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can look up or cancel your own reservation directly at /booking/lookup after verifying your identity; for any other request, please contact us using the details below.
